Shrimp Taco Salad image

Whip up this tasty Shrimp Taco Salad for part of your lunch or dinner. This Mexican-inspired dish is easy to make and contains zesty, bold ingredients!

3/4 lb. cooked cleaned small shrimp
3 cups tightly packed shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
1 small avocado, chopped
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
3/4 cup milk
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1 large poblano chile, roasted, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. each dried Mexican oregano and ground cumin
1/4 tsp. WYLER'S Instant Bouillon Chicken Flavored Granules
2 oz. baked tortilla chips, crushed

Steps:

  • Combine shrimp, lettuce, avocados and salsa in large bowl.
  • Blend all remaining ingredients except crushed chips in blender until smooth. Add to shrimp mixture; mix lightly.
  • Sprinkle with crushed chips just before serving.
