Sesame Mango Smoothie image

Sesame seeds and cashew butter add a nice nutty flavor to this mango and spinach green smoothie that is a great on-the-go breakfast.

1 banana
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 small cucumber, roughly chopped
2 cups fresh spinach
2 tablespoons cashew butter
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Layer banana, mango, cucumber, spinach, cashew butter, and sesame seeds in a blender, in the order mentioned; add water. Blend until smoothie is desired consistency, adding more water if desired.
