Jello Cherry Mousse image

a light and refreshing jello mousse that's creamy and smooth. Top with cool whip for an extra creamy treat.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 4 oz. box cherry jello
1 cup of boiling water
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
1 carton kraft cool whip
maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • In a glass measuring bowl, microwave water until boiling. Add jello and stir until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes and stir until melted. Chill in refrigerator just until soft set. Mix in cool whip until completely smooth. Pour into shot glasses, parfait dishes or bowls. Chill in refrigerator until fully set, about 1 hour. Top with whipped cream and cherries.
