SEMOLINA MUFFINS image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 cup semolina
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp canola oil

Steps:

  • Spray 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray or line with muffin cups. Preheat oven to 375 F. Add the first four ingredients in a large bowl. In a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredient into another bowl. Add the wet ingredients into the dry. The mixture will be watery, do not be bothered by this,the semoline will soak up the water as it cooks. Stir as you pour into the muffin pans as the semoline tend to settle in the bottom. Bake for 15 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
