Steps:
- In pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook penne according to package directions. Slice portobellos; halve slices crosswise. Slice creminis; stem and quarter shiitakes. In skillet, heat oil. Add all mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper. Saute until tender (8 minutes). Add cream and simmer 2 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat. Drain pasta, return to pot. Add mushroom mixture, parsley and half of Parmesan. Serve and top with Parmesan.
