Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400. Coat an 8" loaf pan with cooking spray.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center. Pour in the beer and olive oil. Mix until just blended. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes.
