This chili is quick and easy if you want something fast and good. Chili is a personal thing. If you don't like beans, leave them out. More heat? Add it. Like green peppers in your chili, add them.

Steps:
- Saute onions in a little oil, until transluscent. (If using ground beef, saute along with the onions until done)
- Place in a 4 quart pot along with all of the other ingredients.
- Bring just to a boil, reduce heat, carefully check your seasonings and simmer 15 - 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. To serve, ladle over a bowl of spaghetti. Eat it plain with crackers or cornbread or ladle over a bowl of spaghetti for chili spaghetti.
