- 1. In a mortar grind or mash the rosemary and crushed garlic together. 2. Add the red wine vinegar to the rosemary and garlic in mortar. 3. In a large pan over medium or high heat (stove top) sear the chicken until golden brown on all sides. If you have an electric skillet that would work best. 4. Pour the vinegar, rosemary, garlic mixture onto the chicken and let simmer on low heat for 1 minute, or until vinegar mixture reduces. 5. Serve immediately.
