1 (16 ounce) box angel food cake mix
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
1 (8 ounce) container light whipped topping
1/2 cup flaked coconut

Steps:

  • Lightly spray a 13x9-inch pan and use a paper towel to wipe.
  • Mix cake mix and pineapple in a glass or metal bowl on low speed until moistened.
  • Bake cake at 350° until center of cake springs back.
  • Cool.
  • Cover top of cake with whipped topping and sprinkle on coconut.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
