Low Carb Egg Noodles image

These noodles are AMAZING. They hold up really well when mixed with your fave sauce and sport both incredible flavor and texture! Sure to satisfy your pasta craving without the added guilt! Leftovers (if any) will store in the fridge in a covered container for up to 3 days.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoon(s) butter, room temperature
1/2 cup(s) almond flour, finely sifted
1/2 cup(s) mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 large eggs
1 pinch(es) salt

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to blender, and blend 30 seconds. Preheat 300° oven.
  • Pour 3/4 C to 1 C batter on baking trays lined with parchment paper. Using a spatula, spread evenly.
  • Bake @ 300° for 5-8 mins until set and pasta is no longer jiggly.
  • Let cool completely. Gently roll into a log. Using a very sharp knife, cut pasta to desired thickness.
  • Gently unroll. Place pasta into a bowl, and add the sauce and any toppings of your choice... Enjoy!
