If you need a fudge type recipe and don't have the time,try this recipe I know you won't be disappointed.I've tried this recipe and it didn't last long at all ;)The chill time is included in the cook time.It was posted on Food.com by Baby Kato.Submitted on May 24th,2011.

1 lb white chocolate bark
1 1/3 c crunchy peanut butter ( i used smooth)
1 lb semisweet chocolate ( i used semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Line a 10 x 15 inch pan with parchment paper, and set aside
  • 2. Melt white chocolate and peanut butter over low heat,stirring until well blended.
  • 3. Spread into prepared pan.
  • 4. Now melt semi-sweet chocolate.(For easier clean up, I used the same pan that I melted the white chocolate in.)
  • 5. Now pour over the white chocolate/peanut butter mixture,swirl with a knife to make a marble pattern.
  • 6. Put in fridge to chill for 2 hours,and cut into 2 inch pieces.
