Overnight Slow-Cooker Grits image

Haven't made this yet, but it sounds easy and delish. Recipe is from Southern Living.

2 c stone-ground grits
1/2 c melted butter
1 Tbsp kosher salt
6 c water

Steps:

  • 1. Stir together 2 cups grits with melted butter and salt. Place in a 5-qt slow cooker and stir in 6 cups water.
  • 2. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Stir just before serving.
