Oreo Pizza image

Number Of Ingredients 7

30 pieces Oreo Cookies
1 (19.8 oz.) package Fudge Brownie Mix
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Water
2 pieces Eggs
1 1/2 cups Miniature Marshmellows
1/2 cup M and M's

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray the bottom of the pizza pan with nonstick coating.
  • Put 22 cookie in a zip lock bag. Seal. Use a rolling pin to coarsley crush the cookies. On the cutting board use a sharp knife to cut remaining 8 cookies into small pieces.
  • Prepar brownie mix in a large bowl, following package directions using the oil, water and egg. Stir in the crushed cookies.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pizz pan. Spread the batter evenly in the pan. Place in oven.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes or until edges are firm. Remove from oven.
  • Sprinkle top of hot brownie with marshmallows. Place pan back in oven for 1-2 minutes more. Turn off overn. Remove pan.
  • Sprinkle top with cut up cookies and M and M's.
