NAPA SALAD image

Yield Makes 8 to 10 servings

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 head Napa cabbage
4 green onions
½ cup slivered almonds (toasted)
¼ cup sesame seeds (toasted)
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 package "Mr. Noodle" (chicken or veg.)
DRESSING
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
½ cup vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
Seasoning packet from "Mr. Noodle"

Steps:

  • 1. Toast almonds and sesame seeds. Set aside. 2. Shred or cut cabbage into fine strips. 3. Chop onions & parsley 4. Prepare dressing. 5. Just before serving combine cabbage,parsley,onions broken up noodle pieces,almonds and sesame seeds. Pour dressing over and toss.
