Moscow Mule image

I first tried this drink while out celebrating with friends. I could not believe how refreshing it was. I immediately had to know how to make it! I figured it out! This is a mean mule!

Number Of Ingredients 5

ice
1 shot - vodka (russian standard)
1 lime
1 bottle(s) ginger beer (cock n bull)
1 sprig(s) fresh mint (optional)

Steps:

  • Preferably in a copper mug, fill to the brim with ice. Load as much in as possible.
  • Using a standard-sized shot glass, measure one shot of Russian Standard Vodka. Add to the mug.
  • Before cutting, roll the lime on the counter to loosen juices. If the lime does not have much juice, use more than one lime. Cut the lime in half and squeeze one half of the lime into the mug. Take the second half and cut it in half. Squeeze the entire lime into the mug. The more lime juice, the better.
  • Now, top the drink with the Cock n Bull Ginger Beer... to the brim!
  • Use a lime wedge and mint to garnish. Also, this recipe does not taste very good with using ginger ale... it's not a good replacement. If you are watching your sugar intake, there is a diet version of ginger beer made by Cock n Bull that works well.
