Microwave Fettuccine Alfredo image

My Girlfriend has made this all the time and it was really good, but she made a lot of it though. This would be much quicker to make and it is for one person and you don't even have to go to a restaurant to get this. Enjoy

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 oz uncooked fettuccine
3 Tbsp half and half
1 oz herb and garlic cream cheese,cubed
3 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp salt,, and white pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile,in a small microwave-safe bowl,combine the cream and cream cheese.Cover and microwave at 50% power for 2 minutes; stir in the Parmesan cheese until smooth.Stir in salt if desired and pepper.Drain fettuccine; toss with sauce.
  • 2. This recipe was made in a 1,100- watt microwave.
