We always get guacamole when we go to a Mexican restaurant. I decided to make guacamole at home. I found a number of recipes, studied them, and put together my own recipe. After tweaking it, this is what I came up with. My wife says this is absolutely the best guacamole she has ever eaten. Hope you like it too.

Steps:
- 1. Coarsely mash the avocados with a fork in a medium bowl.
- 2. Lightly mix in the onion, cilantro, garlic, cumin, lime juice, and cayenne pepper.
- 3. Season the guacamole liberally with salt, to taste. Mix again and serve with tortilla chips for dipping or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
