Ingredients

1 2ob. Colby Cheese grated
6 oz. Cream Cheese
4 Tblsp. Mayonnaise
1/2-3/4 finely chopped pecans
2-3 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 -1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup finedly chopped red onions
Two-three drops tabasco sauce
1 small jar Raspberry Preserves

Steps:

Mix all ingredients except Raspberry preserves together. Roll into a ball. Put on a large plate (dinner size) Flatten out to make a shallow bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add Raspberry Preserves at the last minute.
