Korean Beef Chuck Roast
Corn or flour tortillas, toasted
Quick-Pickled Sesame Cucumbers, for serving
Cilantro and thinly sliced jalapeno or serrano chiles, for serving

Steps:

  • Shred beef and mix with sauce. Divide meat evenly among tortillas and serve with pickled cucumbers, cilantro, and jalapeno.
