Ina Garten Roasted Brussel Sprouts image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 1/2 pounds Brussel Sprouts
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
3/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Cut off ends and remove yellow leaves of sprouts. Cut in half.
  • Mix sprouts in bowl with oil, salt and pepper.
  • Pour on sheet pan and roast for 20 - 25 minutes, shaking pan from time to time.
  • Serve immediately.
