A friend of mine that works at T.G.I. Fridays gave me this recipe. I couldn't believe it.... I had to get it on Zaar before I lost it. I love this drink/dessert in a glass.

Steps:
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stop blender and stir mixture with a spoon if necessary to help blend ingredients.
- Serve in a tall glass.
- Enjoy.
