I use leftover vegetables that maybe in my refrigerator. The V8 juice gives the broth delicious favor.

Steps:
- Put water in pot (about 3-4 cups), add beef stew or beef bones. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for one hour until meat is tender.
- Add V8 juice, soup vegetables, corn, and spices. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook about 45 minutes. Last 15 minutes, add potatoes and cook until they are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper. (Note: use any vegetables; leftover vegetables or beans are very good in this soup.)
