Marinated Boneless Pork Chops image

A delicious way to prepare tender and juicy pork chops!

Number Of Ingredients 11

6 boneless pork chops (about one inch thickness)
for the marinade:
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
½ tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. lime juice

Steps:

  • 1. Place all of the ingredients for the marinade in a small bowl and mix. Place the pork chops in a container; add the marinade and make sure each pork chop in covered with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour or up to over night. Heat a large frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the pork chops; do not over crowd the pan. Cook the pork chops about 4 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear. Do not overcook ....the pork will be very dry.
