1.2C Watercress
1/2C Tarragon
2C Grapeseed Oil

Steps:

  • 1 Blanch Herbs in boiling salted water 2 Shock/Drain 3 Chop and squeeze out excess 4 Blend with oil to covor. Puree until bright green. 5 Add remaining oil 3 minutes 6 Refrigerate 1 day 7 Strain Refrigerate 1 day and decant
