Herb Bread made in bread machine image

This comes from the book Bread Machine Magic by Linda Rehberg and Lois Conway. I added the garlic to it and the cheddar.

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 tablespoon(s) butter
1/2 cup(s) chopped onion
1 cup(s) milk
3 cup(s) bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) each dill, basil, rosemary
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) active dry yeast
1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
1/2 cup(s) extra sharp cheddar, grated

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed. The butter cut into fourths, and put one piece in each corner.
  • Turn machine on, and allow to rise, knead and bake.
