Steps:
- 1. Use heavy duty foil and layout enough to cover tray and tent a bit. 2. Clean mushrooms. Lay upside down on the foil, drizzle with the olive oil, then sprinkle with the seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. 3. Grill for approximately 20 minutes. 4. Note: experiment and try different seasonings like cayenne pepper or add a little cheese on top during last few minutes on the grill.
