Time 20m

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 c cooked seafood (shrimp) or imitation crab meat (chopped)
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 Tbsp capers (finely chopped) or to taste
2 tsp parsley flakes (can use fresh)
1 tsp dried chives (can use fresh)
1/2 c celery (chopped)

Steps:

  • 1. Chop seafood and celery
  • 2. Mix rest of the ingredients to make the dressing
  • 3. Mix all together and chill well
  • 4. I love it just with lettuce or in a sandwich. I think it tastes even better the next day. I have used this same dressing and substituted chicken (for the seafood) and made a chicken salad too. Enjoy!
