I found this in my local paper. I served it for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. It is a great alternative to green bean casserole!

Steps:
- Cook beans for 7 minutes. Shock in ice water bath.
- Heat oil in skillet, saute garlic and pepper flakes.
- Turn off heat. Add beans and lemon juice. Top with onions and pecans.
