Elegant Eggs image

took my elegant eggs to a party and everyone raved about this recipe! many said this is what they will do with leftover eggs for Easter dinner.

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/2 cup(s) ranch dressing
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) smoked paprika
8 cooked prawns
1 teaspoon(s) old bay seasoning divided

Steps:

  • mix egg yokes with all ingredients except prawns and old bay seasoning.
  • fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture divided equally among the eight egg whites.
  • sprinkle prawns with the old bay seasoning in a small bowl. place seasoned prawns on top of eggs and sprinkle the remaining old bay seasoning over all the eggs.
