Steps:
- Boil water for the pasta, and then cook the noodles. Finely shave the head of the broccoli, and make thin, vertical cuts to the stalk. Chop garlic into small pieces. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic and broccoli. Once the broccoli is a soft, dark green, add the noodles in three batches. Use a tool such as a rubber spatula to incorporate broccoli throughout. Scoop into bowls, and finish with a little salt. Makes enough for 3 kids plus leftovers.
