EGGNOG CHEESECAKE image

Crust:
4 T butter
1 1/2 c. gingersnap cookie crumbs
Cheesecake:
20 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 t nutmeg
2 t vanilla
4 large eggs
3 T rum
Topping:
Heavy cream (optional)
Cinnamon (optional)

Steps:

  • 1) Preheat oven to 350. 2) Combine butter and crumbs, press into greased 10 in. springform pan. 3) Combine cheesecake ingredients until well-mixed. 4) Pour onto crust and bake 45 min. until set. 5) Chill cheesecake. 6) Optional: Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
