CHERRY PECAN JELLO SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can bing cherries pitted (2 1/2 cups)
1 can crushed pineapple
2 pkg cherry gelatin
2 cokes 12-14 oz
chopped pecans to taste

Steps:

  • Drain juice from cherries and pineappple and keep. Use 2 cups juice (add water if necessary) and boil in a pan. Pour over gelatin until dissolved. When cooled to room temp, add coke and refrigerate until partially congealed. Add cherries, pineapple, nuts and pour into a cold mold.
