Another one of my favorite WW recipes. This dish is equally tasy prepared with a 7- ounce box of seasoning rice mix with lentils or spanish seasoned rice Mix. Your family will never know its a diet recipe trust me..lol

Steps:
- 1. Combine the beans, tomatos, okra, bel pepper, and broth in a large sauepan; bring to boil. reduce the heat and simmer covered , 3 minutes.
- 2. stir in the rice mix and simmer , covere,until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream if desired.
