I was on a search for a "velveeta" type cheese to use in a few recipes that called for the same. Number Of Ingredients 6

1 c boiling water
6 Tbsp dry milk powder
8 oz swiss cheese
8 oz cheddar cheese
8 oz colby jack cheese
1 envelope unflavored gelatin

Steps:

  • 1. Heat 1 cup of water in the microwave until boiling.
  • 2. Pour water into blender container and add milk powder and gelatin. Blend for 10 seconds.
  • 3. Grate cheese if you didnt purchase it that way, and add all at once to blender container. Blend until smooth.
  • 4. Scrape immediately into a plastic wrap lined pan and smooth out. Fold plastic over and refrigerate.
