Brownies from Scratch image

Usually I make brownies from a mix, but today I had no mix. The teenagers and hubby love having something sweet to eat after supper. This was so easy and took maybe 45 minutes tops to put together.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 c vegetable oil
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 c sugar
2 medium eggs, beaten
3/4 c all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Add the ingredients in the order listed. Beat for approximately fifty strokes by hand.
  • 2. Pour into a greased glass pan. Bake on 350-degrees for 25 minutes.
