Easy Carrot Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 to 5 carrots , chopped
1 cup pasteurized process cheese spread , cubed
1/4 cup butter
1/2 onion , finely chopped
3/4 cup potato chip , crushed

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, cook carrots in salted water about 12 minutes drain. Stir in cheese, butter and onion. Place mixture into a 2-quart baking dish coated with non-stick vegetable spray top with potato chips. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.From "Country Quick & Easy."
