1 Tbsp butter
1/2 large yellow onion
1/2 stalk(s) celery
1/2 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c white mushrooms
2 c monterey jack cheese
