This is an excellent fruit/nut bread. It has more nuts and less fruit. I have made this in 3 mini loaf pans for gifts at Christmas time.

Steps:
- Combine all dry ingredients and add to nut mixture, stir until nuts are well coated.
- Beat eggs until foamy. Add vanilla. Fold into nut mixture. Mix well.
- Pour into greased, wax-paper lined 9x5x3 bread pan. Grease the wax paper as well. Bake at 300 Degrees. for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
