Crock Pot Taco Soup image

How to make Crock Pot Taco Soup

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound ground beef, buffalo, venison, chicken, possum {whatever you make tacos with}
1 onion, chopped
2 cups pinto beans soaked overnight, or 2 {15 oz} cans drained and rinsed pinto or black beans
2 cups corn kernels
1 cup pasta sauce
2 cups water
2 {14.5 ounce} cans peeled and diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons DIY Taco Seasoning or 1 {1.25 ounce} package taco seasoning mix

Steps:

  • Cook the ground meat over medium heat until cook thoroughly and browned. Stir in tacon seasoning and let rest for a few minutes. Add all the ingredients to the crock pot, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • Serve warm with tortilla .
