Creole Remoulade Dressing image

This is a variation of a recipe from one of my favorite restaurants. Everyone really loves it! That's why I make a big batch and share! Everyone loves to dip seafood and it's great with salads.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 qt mayonnaise
1/3 c horseradish
1/3 c creole mustard
4 Tbsp finely minced garlic
2/3 c finely chopped onions
2/3 c finely chopped celery
2 tsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp paprika

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients and stir gently to mix.
  • 2. Keep refrigerated in tightly closed container or bottle.
  • 3. Note: Great as a dip for fried or boiled seafood or use as salad dressing!
