RUSSIAN SALAD (SALAD OLIVIER) image

This would be a great dish for pitch-in dinners in the summertime. Or any other time, for that matter. It's loaded with healthy vegetables and is very popular in India. Recipe: enjoyindianfood.blogspot.com Photo:thankgodforlife.blogspot.com
