CREAMY YELLOW CORNMEAL CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 cups of milk
3 cups of sugar
1 cup of vegetable oil
1.5 cup of yellow cornmeal
2 cups of flour
.5 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3 eggs

Steps:

  • Mix everything in the blender (baking powder last). Butter and sugar a ring pan, add the mixture and bake at 180C/356F.
