This salad is delicious. I first tasted it at a potluck about 15 years ago and have been making it for special occasions ever since. It doesn't last long!

Steps:
- In a large bowl, cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Add the shredded cabbage, bacon, ground pepper, parmesan and feta.
- Add enough mayo to taste (to make it creamy).
- Mix together and chill.
