Steps:
- Microwave apples and cinnamon in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 4 min.; stir. Add half the apples to cream cheese in large bowl; mix well.
- Place caramels in separate microwaveable bowl. Add milk. Microwave 1 min. 40 sec or until caramels are completely melted when stirred. Add to cream cheese mixture; mix well. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread onto bottom of pie plate. Top with remaining apples; sprinkle with nuts.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
