Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Beat egg white and water until foamy. Put walnuts in large bowl and fold in egg whites. In separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Add cinnamon mixture to walnuts mixture until cinnamon mixture has covered the walnuts. Spread walnuts on a greased cookie sheet, covering the entire cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour. Gently stir every 20 minutes. **store in an airtight container for up to 2-3 months**
