CHOCOLATE STAR COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 c margarine, SOFTENED
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
1 c chunky peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 t vanilla
3 1/2 c flour
2 t soda
1 t salt

Steps:

  • Cream margarine and sugars in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Form into balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 mins. Remove and press chocolate stars in center. Return to oven for 1 to 2 mins.
