CHICKEN BREASTS WITH HORSERADISH CREAM SAUCE image

2 TBS butter
2 TBS sour cream
3 TBS horseradish
1 TSP white wine vinegar
2 TBS flour
1 TSP sugar
1 TSP Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
1 cup milk
4 chicken breasts (no skin or bone)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and stir in flour, cooking approx 1 minute without browning. Medium heat only.. Whisk in milk and bring to boil, stirring constantly as it thickens. About 3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place breasts in baking pan and half of the sauce over them. Bake 45 minutes until chicken is tender. Reheat remaining sauce and serve over chicken..
