Cheesy Hot Crab and Red Pepper Dip image

I have made this several times..nobody can ever beleive it is canned crab. I made this for a super bowl party last year and it was the first thing gone!! (borowed the pic from Kraft)

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 cup(s) mozzerella cheese shredded
8 ounce(s) cream cheese, room temperature
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 medium red bell pepper chopped
1 small onion chopped
6 ounce(s) can crabmeat..drained
- wheat thins to serve with dip

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • reserve 1/2 cup of cheese. Mix all remaining ingredients.
  • Bake for 15 min..top with cheese bake another 5..until bubbly
  • Serve while hot and with wheat crackers
