Cheese and Chili Burgers image

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
12 hamburger buns
butter
onion ring
cheese sauce
chili sauce

Steps:

  • Combine ground beef, wine, salt, and pepper and mix well. Divide into 12 burgers and broil. Butter the hamburger buns. Serve the burgers on buns with onion rings and a choice of cheese sauce or chili sauce.
