CHEESE AND MUSHROOM SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 T butter, melted
2 T flour
1 med. size can mushrooms
milk
1/2 lb. cheese
dash dry mustard
dash cayenne
dash salt

Steps:

  • Melt butter in pan and add flour. Make thin sauce using liquid from mushrooms. Add milk to make about 2 C. Add cheese, mustard, pepper, and salt. Do not have sauce too thick. Serve over rice.
